Kitchen Guard Services started in 2009 as a cold water, kitchen, and bar cleaning service. Kitchen Guard Services is one of the largest kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning providers in California.
Schedule
- 40 hours a week. (This is a full time job, do not apply if you plan on working this job as a second job)
- Standard Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 pm : Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review activities of work from the night time service crew reports and pictures making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, as well as enforcing policies and procedures, coaching, training, and correcting where needed
- Effectively communicate any issues and possible resolutions to customers that arose from the night time service.
- Prepare and email Post Job Service reports for customers based on pictures taken by the night technicians
- Perform inventory on service vans and address needs for vans so that night technicians arrive to have an efficient check in and route deployment process i.e. prepare cleaning solution bottles, ensure van and pressure washers have fuel
- Schedule upcoming jobs for newly signed and existing customers
- Confirm upcoming appointments with customers by calling them and/or via email
- Perform day time repairs at client site from time to time i.e. installing an access panel in the ducting, installing hinge kits on a fan, change belts on a fan
- Be able to go to a customer site from time to time to assess possible issues they are having with their kitchen exhaust system
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.

- Should show initiative, problem-solving ability, staff training, and team-leading skills
- Be aware and able to enforce all safety policies and procedures.
- Remain current in all updates about new procedures and training.

Training

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of management
- Be comfortable working with power tools to perform minor repairs
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Proven experience with power tools to perform minor repairs of equipment
- Computer skills- word, excel, internet, other computer applications
- Organization skills and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Must be comfortable with heights
Physical Requirements:
- Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
- Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
